Hi, I’m Natalina Abeno, the founder of Karaqana Ventures. I started my journey in the Automotive space 18 years ago and quickly learned that mentorship was key to my growth. I had incredible people guide me, and I’ve always wanted to pay that forward. Our program was born from that experience. We’re more than just a mentorship service; we’re a community dedicated to the skilled trades. Our goal is to connect passionate young people with seasoned professionals in the skill trade space i.e automotive, electrical, and power generation fields. We provide the platform for mentors to share their wisdom and for mentees to gain the hands-on insights, networking opportunities, and career confidence they need to succeed. We believe that a strong trade community begins with strong relationships, and we’re building them one mentorship at a time.
